Karan is our off market commercial and land development professional. Karan brings with him over 10 years of sales experience, and the confidence to achieve the desirable outcome for his clients.

Karan’s sales career started back in 2012 as a Sales Representative at an internationally renowned company, Wyndham vacation Resorts, Karan’s hard work ethics and determination led to his promotion to Sales Area Project Director in Thailand in a very short span of time, where he was overseeing the company’s sales and marketing operations in Phuket. By managing over 60 sales and marketing staff from an array of backgrounds, it allowed Karan an opportunity to learn and work with diverse and talented individuals. In this role, Karan assisted his staff by playing an active role in their communication, presentations and negotiations between clients and management. 

The joyous reaction of his client’s following negotiations, and achieving their desired outcome sparked an interest in Karan towards the real estate industry. 

Karan’s transition into his new career in real estate began with Ray White where he was responsible for the sales of luxury homes, pre construction sites and condominiums. He further assisted his buyers find suitable development sites in very sought areas, and he helped them obtain the right zoning requirements for their projects and rough feasibility. 

In 2021, Karan commenced work with the very well known and reputable commercial real estate brokerage, Dreamland Property Group, where he served his sellers in the sale of their secondary plan acreage parcels, greenfield sites, and infill industrial and commercial sites. These sites ranged from 2 acres to 1000 acres. Karan’s passion towards serving his clients and his extensive knowledge of land, saw him thrive in his career, which resulted in transacting more than 110 million dollars of business (majority of which were off market transactions).

During his time with Dreamland Property Group,, Karan also assisted his developer clientes’ find strategic locations matching their portfolio, and he assisted them in securing off-market transactions for both industrial and commercial purposes. Karan gained the trust of his buyers through his knowledge and ability to calculate the feasibility, gross floor area, and by keeping up to date with the municipalities with respect to zoning by laws.
