Brought 8442 White Church Road East inside the urban boundary for residential development,
including the extension of municipal services, we will have undertaken the following steps:
- Finalize the general development concept, including unit type, mix, and density based on an existing survey or available mapping.
- Finalize the preliminary Planning Justification Report to support the Official Plan Amendment and site-specific Zoning By-law Amendment, expanding the urban boundary and establishing appropriate designations and zoning for residential development.
- Submit a Formal Consultation request to confirm submission requirements for a complete application to initiate the City’s review process and coordinate with Urban Solutions’ applications.
- Formally join the landowners group to coordinate studies, submissions, and discussions with City staff, ensuring our applications are considered alongside those of neighboring landowners.
